Martin Leighfield Limited is a small family business with over 40 years of experience in cabinet making and joinery. Martin started the business in 1978 after serving his apprenticeship at Shurmer of Oxford, which specialised in manufacturing school furniture. Mathew his son now runs the business working with his son, Harry.

Our workmanship is of the highest quality and our finishing is second to none. We also specialise in joinery, gates, windows, doors and staircases to fit all designs.

A Family Run Business since 1978
Martin Leighfield is a small local family business of 40+ years experience in manufacturing kitchens from design to installation. Martin started in business in 1978 after serving his apprenticeship at Shurmer of Oxford, school furniture manufacturers. Mathew his son is now part of the business, having served his apprenticeship with his Dad, and now has 30 years experience behind him.

We can suit all your needs offering a wide range of styles and materials. Appliances can be ordered to your specification. Our workmanship is of the highest quality and our finishing is second to none. We also specialise in joinery, windows, doors and staircases to fit all designs, made to measure in hardwood or softwood.

We have a spacious workshop comprising of a machine shop, cabinet shop, sanding area and spray booth. We have a showroom on site (currently undergoing a refurbishment) with a kitchen layout showing the high quality of our workmanship. A phone call is always advisable if planning a visit.
